Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special discounts (unless defective).
3. Applicable Products
Returns are applicable for:
- Sarees
- Kurta Sets
- Shirts
- Tops for Women
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue for quick resolution.
5. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact customer support at: premparv23@gmail.com
- Provide your order details, product name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required).
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping is free only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
8. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
9. Important Notes
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings; such cases are not considered defects.
- Delays in refunds may occur due to bank processing times.
